- Select Your Business Entity: Determine the type of entity that best suits your needs, such as a Limited Liability Company (LLC), Corporation, Limited Liability Partnership (LLP), or Limited Partnership (LP).
- Review Our Resources: Take advantage of the free business information we provide to help you make an informed decision about the entity type.
- Pick a Name: Choose a unique and suitable name for your business.
- Set Your Address: Decide on the official address for your business operations.
- Get a Business Phone Number: Select a dedicated phone number for your business communications.
- Identify Your Shareholders: Determine who will hold shares in your corporation.
- Appoint Directors and Officers: Decide who will serve as the directors and officers of your corporation.
- Provide Delivery Information: Let us know where you’d like us to send your corporate E-Kit.
Once you’re ready, you’ll need just 5-10 minutes to complete our online incorporation form. After submitting your details, one of our attorneys will reach out to confirm the information you provided. We will then prepare and file your Corporate Articles with the state. Once the state registers your articles, we’ll finalize your bylaws, minutes, and stock certificates (or operating agreement, minutes, and membership certificates for an LLC). Both the corporation and LLC packages come with a custom seal.

We offer a comprehensive “in-house” business counsel service designed specifically for small businesses. For just $2,500 per year, you will have access to our legal expertise whenever you need it.
